I use MixPanel at work. But I wanted to understand what other alternatives are there and why you prefer so.

@manab_boruah We use MixPanel. They have a generous credits program for startups too!
    Manab Boruah
@pranabgohain agreed. MixPanel does go deep into product usage.
    Still using Google analytics 😅

@sandradjajic everybody uses GA. Although we have shifted from Universal Analytics to GA4 now as UA is shutting down in July.

We have many analytic tools but the best ones are Mixpanel and @getsmartlook. Smartlook is great for reviewing recordings of your events to see how users behave with your features.

@getsmartlook @pm_optimizer would love to check out Smartlook.

There are several great tools available for product analysis, but the one that works best for you will depend on what you need it for. Google Analytics: A free web analytics tool that provides detailed data on website traffic and user behavior. Mixpanel: A product analytics tool that helps businesses understand how users engage with their products and identify areas for improvement. Hotjar: A website optimization tool that provides heatmaps, user recordings, and feedback polls to help businesses understand user behavior and improve website performance. Amplitude: A product analytics platform that provides insights into user behavior, product usage, and customer journeys. UserTesting: A user research platform that helps businesses gather feedback and insights from real users. Qualtrics: An experience management platform that provides tools for measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

@kwaku_amprako, thanks for sharing. You can also use FullStory to the list. FullStory gives you recorded sessions of users who use your product.

@psd, thanks for sharing. I never used Firebase. Any specific feature you would love to highlight?
    Manab Boruah
@psd feature like Crashlytics is not available with MixPanel I guess. But I am not sure. I am not using the highest plan on MixPanel.

I prefer Usermaven because it's simple, privacy-compliant, offers in-depth tracking features, and provides real-time accurate stats.
