    I helped couple of companies to start from the scratch, with a very minimal budget. Usually, when you just started, and do not know whether the strategy will work, you need to start with a small budget but show some results early on. So I recommend to focus on one ICP, with one product offer, for one marketing channel. Get first feedback -> make updates if needed -> get first results -> and then scale to more offers for the same ICP -> Then test other channels -> And then move other ICPs.

    I have built several product working with friends in our spare time but we never dared to go full steam with launching these products into market and always thought of them as passion projects.
