@a_momin999 On Twitter, directly through relevant hashtags. Also on thematic news websites like Crunchbase, where the authorsā€™ credentials are often mentioned in the articles. Accordingly, you can find their Twitter profiles and start communication. The most important thing is to bring value to them and aim for open, long-term interactions.

No matter your marketing budget, it's always important to utilize free ways of getting your product noticed. If the product is good enough, it will market itself. The best places to do this are Reddit and Hacker News (in my opinion). Just don't spam; be genuine! I'd recommend the subreddit /r/sideproject to start. People are very active there and give good feedback. Hacker News is more competitive, but still very doable. Thousands of users hang out there every day.

Be active in relevant online communities like subreddits, Slack/Discord groups, Twitter spaces etc to build awareness and get feedback. Consider pitching to smaller blogs/publications in your niche for coverage. With limited budget, it's all about maximizing creativity and hustle to punch above your weight class. The product has to be great too of course - without that, no amount of marketing will make a difference long-term.
