What's your point of view on digital collaboration?

Imagine this: You're juggling 8 separate conversations in Figma comment threads, 2 DMs and 1 channel conversation in Slack. A stakeholder casually drops feature requests during a Zoom call like they're ordering coffee. A Google doc with project requirements is hopelessly out of date. Meanwhile, you're trying to squeeze in some actual work while managing this digital circus. Updating your Asana tasks? That's a luxury for another lifetime.
Nowadays, every tool comes with digital collaboration features. It started with good intentions, but what's the outcome?
→ Instant, async feedback that is EVERYWHERE
→ Tools that invite EVERYONE to share their 2 cents
→ Consensual mediocrity that considers EVERY whim
It sometimes feels we've successfully accelerated feedback...
...but put collaboration on a treadmill.
