If there are any other tools you love you can add them in the comment section. We can also share why :) I'll start. Mine is Jira because it keeps me organized and get a good overview of where things are in product development + I really enjoy its flexibility.

@imjohnkoo What do you Notion for in product management ?
John Koo
@make_mhe we manage our schedule on a notion page mostly. we have dashboard and subpages to organize related information. Also we comments on the pages alot. we prefer asynchronous communication on Notion so we don't waste time on meetings.

@imjohnkoo makes perfect sense. may i ask which kpis do you track on the dashboard ?
John Koo
@make_mhe we don't track any fancy kpis at the moment. It's a summary of goals, objectives, rules, etc.

@pm_optimizer Thanks for your feedback. You keep track of all your product lifecycle in Notion ? You don't use any other tool ?

@make_mhe I'm using these tools for discovery: Discovery tickets in Productboard for insights Scheduling customer calls in Calendly Gathering info in Notion and sharing it with the company Looking into data in Smartlook / Redash / Tableau / Mixpanel Presenting bigger initiatives in Miro User testing in Maze And we're using ZenHub in our company for burndown charts & ticket management (I personally like more Jira to be honest)
