"I hate this. This sucks." I had a tough VC founder that was very opinionated. Needed to get on the same page and make sure we were talking about the same things. His brain would run a million miles a second and it was super important to thoroughly understand what his goals were for each design.

The most valuable feedback we received was about our app’s user interface being too complex. Users felt overwhelmed by the number of features on the screen. This made the app much easier to use and improved user satisfaction significantly.
