Filter out beta testers rigorously and have 1-on-1 calls with all of them to get feedback. I guarantee you this will propel your product either to a pivot, riches, or decision to not invest resources into a product with missing product market fit.

@denis_tl Thanks a ton for the great suggestion! Totally on board with carefully picking our beta testers and having those one-on-one chats. It's a game changer to get those deep insights straight from the source. We're gearing up to make sure we're chatting with the right folks who really get what we're trying to do. And yep, those personal calls are going to be key for us to catch those little gold nuggets of feedback we might miss otherwise.
