@andrew_paul10 I also find that engaging learning is better done in bite size increments. There is an overwhelming amount of content for people to digest, so creating micro learning experiences makes it more manageable. And if you can create a conversation around it with peers, it's even better. Structuring the modules took way longer than I thought.

Finding the right balance between depth and simplicity.

Marketing the course has been harder than creating it.

@declan_ambrose yes this is something so many creators forget about and they spend so much time and money creating a program, only to realize that it is not in demand like they thought it would be. That's why I encourage them to prototype and test their ideas first.
