What's the biggest challenge you faced during PH launch preparation? 🤔

For me, it's understanding, that engaging others in discussions of "hype" topics there, inside PH discussion doesn't work :) As a hunter or maker, you come back here again & again, but the pieces of advice, friendly speaking, are not relevant from product to product. This changes dramatically when someone from already "huge whales" asks the questions or starts the AMA sessions. In this thread, you really can find a huge activity, encouraged by PH community. So, I suggest putting effort into preparing to launch without trying to figure out "hidden icebergs" that waiting for you when you launch. Own launch & comparing with competitors, for example, give me more insights, than all of the discussions found here before.
