@terrell90robbie I absolutely agree on that 😊🙌 Forcing own self on work without refreshment cannot bring good neither to own being nor to a business, the balance is very important 💪😊

I like to keep in the zone when I'm focused on a task, but also be able to take my time & relax if I'm having a break. So for me a single hour break at lunch works well!
