@logan_weaver I would say constantly improving product based on users' feedback, offering trials and discounts, and the crucial part lies in social media/ Internet exposure of your product. There it's feasible t gather big audience using right communication and marketing techniques and then constantly update people on what's going on with the product, sharing insights and your entrepreneurial journey

@dzaitzow aside from user interviews, how do you track baseline & progress for user happiness?
