A freemium model combined with solving a specific problem really well.

    1. A trial-first approach so users can try out all premium features within the first 2 weeks. 2. Keep the time to AHA moment as short as possible. It is important to demonstrate that your product solves your user’s pain point. Generally, the user's though should be like 'Aha! I can [SaaS Feature] to [user's JTBD]'. 3. Know your target audience, their pain points and motivations very well and try to align your products’ features with them. Invest your time into user's interviews.

Well, for Stammer, it's that our core functionality is that we allow others to white label the product. White labeling is a very powerful functionality for agencies.

it's not just about what you're offering—it's about how you present it. Even if many others are doing something similar, the key to standing out is in the way you showcase and delivery.

Focus on solving a key pain point in a niche market really well. Your product doesn't need tons of features, just hone in on delivering exceptional value for one core use case. Pair that with an accessible freemium model to lower barrier to entry and you'll stand out by becoming the go-to solution in that space.
