Slow days = catch up on emails, organize tasks, or learn something new.
I open my Motivation Beast App (launching soon). I swipe a few times and read motivational quotes that gives me a energy boost.
I also use it when I'm feeling down, anxious, self-doubt etc.

No special tool for me either. Just a big mug of coffee, putting on some upbeat music, and breaking tasks down into small, manageable chunks to build momentum. Sometimes a quick walk outside for fresh air and sunshine helps too if I'm really dragging.
