What lessons did you learn when launching your product?

For me, The biggest learning was I should have invested more time into SEO or Brand awareness BEFORE I launched. Next time I will have a good 3-6 months of SEO articles, backlinks, etc. before I launch my next product ( which is another business line of my current product)

Literally the same here. I think a big one is also streamlining a way to get feedback for the product post-launch, and having post-launch activities lined up.
