1)Get a Domain email from Google for $6 and just add an alt email as yourname@domain.com will save you from having to have multiple emails to track conversations. You can then just upgrade when you have more funds. 2) You don't need to get a bunch of fancy and expensive software like Zendesk, Airtable, Confluence...(the list is infinite!) Unless you come across a ridiculous trial like a 6-month Zendesk deal... you can manage all tickets, questions, and meetings for free. Not everyone needs a seat if you do get a Zendesk. I can't express this one enough-- customers could care less if you have a paid Slack, paid Zoom, or paid Zendesk. 3) start SEO almost as soon as you have the idea. the sooner the better. Google has a bunch of research tools available; use them! Go into Google Keyword Ideas and search your competitors, see what words they are targeting or associated with, and just start using an AI or yourself to write articles on the topic. You can go further with tools like Semrush to see what the search term is-- transactional, information, etc-- and see your likelihood of ranking high in Google Seach for that word. 4) Create a Reddit account create a Community for your product, and make a post in that community advertising what your company is and whatever else you can think of ¨we launch in 6 months¨ and pin that post to your account profile. Join communities related to your product and start answering questions and being helpful to people, soon people will start checking out your profile, and-- what do you know-- they will see the pinned post and see your company and join the community you created. 5) Post on directories like Crunchbase, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc for the backlinks and visibility If you can do the above. I GUARANTEE launch day will be smoother than doing all of this post-launch
