When it comes to competitive analysis, my go-to method is using a mix of research and a tool that consolidates data i.e. excel and gsheet etc.

@prince2006 Not just that. It broadly refers to analyzing & finding gaps in competitors so that you can make better strategy for your product.

I really like using SEMrush for conducting a competitive analysis. It's a great tool for analyzing SEO and PPC data, as well as getting insights into competitors' website traffic and backlink profiles.
