Going out on walks, listening to music, talking with friends and family π To improve your mental well-being it is good to write down what you're feeling, what are your thoughts etc

Hi there! To reduce stress and improve my mental well-being, I like to read raw manga stories in my free time. Getting absorbed in an engaging story helps take my mind off whatever is causing me anxiety. Manga in particular is a favorite of mine because I love the creative artwork and imaginative plots. The stories are often upbeat or inspirational too, which puts me in a more positive mindset.
