Be open-minded and be willing to learn anything. You will have to pick up a lot of skills in different spaces. So be prepared for uncertainties. But know to reach out and ask for help.

@alec_afforai True that, one definitely should be ready to learn anything that is needed to make the startup a success. Just to name a few, law, finance, growth, marketing etc.
Ahead of the July 17th launch of our marketplace for sign-ups, my advice would be to do the hard stuff especially when you do not feel like it. Attack your weaknesses and just do it. Resist and limit procrastination and just start whatever it is that you are not great at. Embrace the challenge while getting comfortable with the uncomfortable.
This ultimately drives growth, improvement, efficiency, development, and progression toward what you're looking to do
