Look what happened when they hit Ripple with a lawsuit on Dec 22, 2020.
XRP tanked for a week, then did an 11X in 3 months as the 2021 bull kicked off.
It looks and feels so bad right up to the very MINUTE that it's not!

@yampolskymax I also feel that though it might be against the spirit of decentralization which most crypto projects try to strive for, regulatory bodies taking crypto more seriously is a step in the positive direction for the crypto space. It will protect the investors against rug-pulls which happen in the market and also make crypto founder's more accountable.
