I got accepted in a startup in data protection industry, and I immediately fell in love with the industry. Unfortunately I was laid off (among 40 other people on the same day and meeting), and that’s when I decided to build something myself. I tried no-code tools, launched my first startup, FindMyData, in 2020, which failed miserably because I had no idea what I was doing, and at the beginning of this year I finally made the leap and started learning to code. About 2 months ago, I got to a point where I was comfortable building something myself, and I started working on Sentrya, a web application that helps Gmail users get rid of spam and useless promotions. I launched the landing page last week, I have 3 users joined my waiting list, and I’m getting ready now to accept registrations.
@claudiu_cogalniceanu I just got laid off last week, and now I'm working full time on my own startup too! Good luck with the hustle

Many entrepreneurs are inspired by various factors, such as a passion for a particular idea, a desire for independence, or a vision to solve a specific problem. To get started, entrepreneurs typically identify a market need, conduct market research, create a business plan, secure funding if needed, and then launch their business. The journey often involves overcoming challenges, learning from failures, and adapting to changing circumstances. Each entrepreneur's path is unique, shaped by their vision and the opportunities they encounter.

From my father, he was bootstrapping from himself, which inspired me to become an entrepreneur

I'm sick and tired of working for someone else, doing stupid tasks and depending on employers. So I decided to become my own employer.
