What impact do you think AI will have on toxic productivity and hustle culture?

With AI, we can create more. Do you think that might also play a role in the expectation to be more productive, to produce more, to create more, etc.?

Haven't seen a lot of discussions around this, but I'm really curious about what others think.

We're in a new era of work and I think we need to tread carefully about what "productivity" means in this landscape of AI.

If one team doesn't get more productive by using AI, many competitors will do so and get ahead. The amount of work that was normally done before AI doesn't mean much on its own and lost significant monetary value.

I think as people equipped with AI tools knowledge will be preferred in the future for various job roles, the expectation to create more very quickly will come into play. This I think will take a toll on human creativity.
