It will take a while still but fully autonomous cars everywhere is something I look forward to the most.

@romiojoseph haha, yep, seen it 👍
@kiakamgar https://youtu.be/hdAQefnZsLk Have you seen this?
No code tools to evolve fully into visual modification.
@nicolaas_spijker Not just that. What I'm looking for is to completely cut the developer dependency. No code means, no code. Like node connecting with conditions and logic for web apps and all. An example is bubble, glides etc. But it is still not working for me.
If I can design an entire workflow of an app, like what Framer doing now, with just one click publish. I believe things like that will happen in the future.
@romiojoseph Could definitely save hours of work on things like websites and design 🤔
@romiojoseph That would definitely been awesome, quick advancements in the field, who knows... 🤞
- Better use of blockchain
- Innovation in the field of microchips and controllers
- AGI

@uma_venugopal AGI, yes. If it can be achieved it may help to solve so many problems (and produce others of course).

autonomous cars are definitely a game changer. 🚗
but i'm also super intrigued by neural interfaces.
imagine direct brain-to-device communication. wild, right?
it's the merger of human cognition and tech.
could revolutionize how we learn, work, and play.
also, think of the accessibility possibilities!
but, like all tech, it'll come with its challenges.
ethical, societal, maybe even existential.
whichever tech arrives first, hoping we use it wisely.
always rooting for tech that enhances human experience, responsibly.

@konrad_sx CRISPR also has some pretty neat future applications, a lot of moral and ethical questions arise as well though.

@nicolaas_spijker Yes, some kind of gene editing will surely be needed. But I'm not an expert in these things. Ethical questions will also arise if one decides NOT do use such technology.
@konrad_sx "Gattaca" is a pretty interesting movie that tackles the topic, worth watching if you're interested in it.

@nicolaas_spijker I find that movie much too pessimistic. Once techniques to edit genes in vivo are advanced and we have nanobots, we're past the Gattaca problems. Of course, other issues will arise.
Extremely curious about the future of VR, AR and metaverse.

Autonomous cars as well for me, Nico. There are already developments in the field but it would take a couple more years for it to effectively be enforced.
@rockyperezz Main delay will probably be bureaucracy and infrastructure :( -- Fun fact, Las Vegas has had autonomous Ubers (very small part of the fleet) for half a decade!

@simon_shg Hmm, what use cases are you most excited for? Games, work, social media...
