What frontend tech stack should I learn?

Hey PHers...so I am more of a old-school tech guy. Knows basic stack: Jquery, Javascript (older version), HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
And on backend it's Python, Django
I keep on getting basic tech ideas. However, where I get stuck is how I can quickly build an MVP where the vanilla stack has today's look and feel - micro-interactions, fast loading etc.
So thus was contemplating what front end stack should I pick which works for modern web and also easier to learn. (bonus: works well with Python and Django)

Start with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as foundational skills. Then, dive into popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Additionally, grasp basics of UI/UX design for a holistic understanding.
