What do you do when you are short of time? And what 3 things work for me?

Some days are crazy. 🤯 I am experiencing them right now. There are many things to do, but time is flying so fast that I feel like I am slipping a lot. 😟 In that situation, I usually: 1️⃣ Plan ahead (e.g., prepare content). 2️⃣ "Creating micro-blocks" – e.g. completing some activity (even If it should be only 5% – I need to feel that I did something for that). 3️⃣ Merging activities – when I can exercise while listening to foreign podcasts (learning language) – Why not? How do you manage these times?

Thank you for the question! As always, it's great to have interesting conversations with Nika. I work a lot because I’m developing my second project (by the way, we’re launching tomorrow, and I would appreciate your review!). In addition to that, I also provide therapy for people and manage a large family, try to give each member the attention they need. I’ve often faced challenges with micromanagement and remembering everything in my head. That’s why I wanted to bring my project—a personal digital manager—to life. In the meantime, I have fantastic team at work who follow these three key principles: Plan everything in advance Set clear deadlines Delegate tasks effectively These strategies really help me and my team manage my time better and ensure that I can focus on all my responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed.
