🏢 What company type are you running and where is it registered?

I am on my way to registering a Polish LLC and wanted to know, what was your first choice when registering a company and why.
Are you based in Europe, US or somewhere else? Do you have LLC or some kind of corporation? Or maybe you are self-employed? Please share 🙂

I'm running a Delaware C-Corp registered through Stripe Atlas. Went with the US for the startup and VC ecosystem even though I'm based in Europe. Delaware C-Corps have good liability protection and tax treatment, and are the standard for startups seeking funding. Stripe Atlas made the process super easy.

SA (Inc) in Switzerland. Here it is the first choice. Application is easy and can even be done by an app. 100k CHF capital required though.
