🏢 What company type are you running and where is it registered?

I am on my way to registering a Polish LLC and wanted to know, what was your first choice when registering a company and why. Are you based in Europe, US or somewhere else? Do you have LLC or some kind of corporation? Or maybe you are self-employed? Please share 🙂

SA (Inc) in Switzerland. Here it is the first choice. Application is easy and can even be done by an app. 100k CHF capital required though.

I'm running a Delaware C-Corp registered through Stripe Atlas. Went with the US for the startup and VC ecosystem even though I'm based in Europe. Delaware C-Corps have good liability protection and tax treatment, and are the standard for startups seeking funding. Stripe Atlas made the process super easy.
