What challenges you face while prepping for a product launch when working in bigger teams ?

From my interactions on Producthunt & Indiehacker, I see many indie-makers running their product launches, solo or in very small teams - mostly bootstrapped. However, for those who are working in SaaS companies, with bigger teams - what are the typical challenges you face / faced while prepping for a launch ? How do you stay on top of launch prep across team members ?
