Generally in any market, industry (B2B or B2C!), audience, etc. I think personalization is one of the biggest keys to attracting & retaining customers. It's already expected from consumers, but the better you are at personalizing your customers' touch points, the stronger your brand relationship & retention! And of course providing the goods or services at the quality you are promising too :')

Focus on people, and remember names and needs. Establish a genuine connection with the first 1000 clients, they will be the foundation of your business moving forward. Don't over-engineer.
