  • We’ve been lucky or just that good? 6 years in SaaS without Sales/Marketing process 😳

Hey everyone, we started our SaaS development company six years ago, and despite not having any formal sales or marketing process, we've somehow been getting new clients and projects from around the world. Either it's a hell of a luck or we're just that good at what we do. It's been an interesting journey, but we realize this bubble can't last forever. So recently, we decided to start working on establishing some proper sales and marketing processes... just to be sure. 😅 Has anyone else had a similar experience? How did you transition into a more structured sales and marketing approach? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences! Cheers!

It's never too late, Michael. How did you survive all these years?

I've run a company for 5 years, from 2016-2021 purely from organic Growth, no Ads, no social media all traffic coming from organic sources. I believe when you go full organic, word of mouth plays a significant part of the success, a growth can take some time, years until you get a significant income. But when you have a small team and few resources, this is what you get.

That's impressive, Michal! It speaks volumes about the quality and value of your product that you've thrived without traditional sales and marketing efforts.

Well, riding the wave without sales and marketing is like coding without coffee - impressive but not sustainable long-term! Time to add some fuel to that growth engine and watch your SaaS reach new heights! 🚀☕
