How have you evolved to manage asynchronous and synchronous collaboration for you and your team?

Hey Royce, I just launched an automation platform and it can be used for segmentation and it can be used for your E-commerce operations in every possible way. We can customise workflow for you as well. Happy to connect if you are interested.

@sandy_kong Thanks for reaching out. We won't be needing any tooling in the near future. All the best with the venture!
With the advent of technology, the workplace of tomorrow is looking very different. We’ve started to embrace more agile and hybrid models that allow us to access a wider range of resources and get more done in less time.
The freedom to move between teams and combine remote and on-site resources allows us to craft more efficient scenarios, increase our agility, and build relationships beyond the traditional office setting. It’s an exciting time with lots of opportunities!
Working remotely opens up possibilities for employees who have been previously shut out or unable to work because of geography or disability. Incorporating hybrid solutions into the workplace we can open up new avenues for collaboration and innovation, enabling a brighter future for everyone.

@alekswatch Thanks for sharing mate. I agree with your sentiment. I'm really interested in digging into your thinking around "remote and on-site resources". I'm finding that current tooling need to adjust to this combination environments.
@alekswatch it all comes to flexibility, right? How do you apply this when it comes to workspace management? Particularly getting the right space for the time you need, at good price?
Our team works 100% online but there are months we prefer having a space where we can meet. We rent this on a flexible basis, month-by-month.
@roycewong how do you manage this on your team? Do you have a space where to meet or does all the team work 100% online?
@roycewong is the Sydney Startup Hub free? Do you find expensive the co-working spaces? I've been looking for some and they are way higher than my budget

@mateo_cano We often use the Sydney Startup Hub and much the same as you we are 100% remote however we're often meeting up in co working spaces for collaboration and specific meetings.

@mateo_cano its a communal space and free. There are incubators and accelerators but those you have to join.
