Shopify App idea - or does this exist?

Question

Warm up my 70K emails from past buyers based on previous order history, style choices, frequency of purchases or seasonal ordering patterns.

I can build all these conditions into my email response for my past customers but I'm sure that Ai could do an Amazing job at warming up my customer more than some pre-fabricated criteria.

Is anyone working on this?

Does a service like this already exists?

Sounds like a cool idea! I think Klaviyo has some functionality for personalized email flows based on customer order history and behavior. But an AI-powered solution that could really tailor email content at an individual level would be really powerful. Seems like a great opportunity, surprised if no one is working on this yet. @thomas_hansen5 thanks Thomas-I have a million ideas but can't execute on them mostly because I'm not a dev and also because many are much larger in scale requiring major investment & building. I'm gonna keep posting some of them on here and hope the right people can bring them to life.

@noahchristopherbennett I did discover some first movers in this area with a Google search. I guess there is nothing new under the sun. I'm going to dig into these more and see how deep the Ai individualization goes and post a discussion later.

@zacharyjameswhitaker I think Ai could find behavioral connections and patterns across all customers that we probably don't even recognize.

I think it's all about catching the wave of consumer sentiment, you don't try to catch every wave when surfing, you wait for the right one and they come in sets. My guess there are underlying patterns in consumer buying within a brand that are also critical to this being more than just a "personalized" email response but a deeper understanding of when to be silent too.

Let's say in those waves of sentiment you train the Ai to tell the customer non-sales info, brand stories, customer stories that don't push a product but build connection so that when the buying sentiment returns you're top of mind w the consumer.
