Hello Hunters. Where do you find sales outreach specialists usually and what compensation structure do you have with them? First order %, % from all months or just fixed basic salary + plans?

@mydataninja I guess it depends if you need local talent. But I've historically found the best sales people through referrals / word of mouth. Indeed if you need the most amount of apps - LinkedIn is good too (and you get a free job posting) but you won't get the same level of app volume on any platform compared to Indeed.
If you're competing on price / offering equity you could try searching for sales people on LinkedIn and poaching them as well.
