Where do you feel more productive: working from home or at the office?

Nothing noted because for me it's 50/50. Every format of work has its advantages, so why not use them all? =)

I would say office for social interaction and meeting productivity. Buuut I would also like the freedom to work at a job I loved and was passionate about and also lived in a location that I love! Rarely are these in the same location.
Remote in my truck and my dog.
I think I'm more productive at home because I get the right focus. But I definitely need to go to the office to coordinate actions with my team.
I'm seeing a lot more office than I expected here. For me, it's remote. I might be tempted by office if 6 hour workdays were the norm (or 4 day work weeks), but I just feel like there's a lot of wasted time in the office, and at home I can use those short breaks to spend time with my family or get stuff done around the house.

I used to be all-in on going to the office. There are some upsides like having a clear separation between work and home, being with your team is great and there's an energy in the office that felt very productive.
Over the past few years, I've switched to remote work and personally prefer it. Once you can get your systems working well and clearly time when work is "done" for the day, it becomes pretty nice to not have the commute and work from home.
Even with that said, I'd probably want to get an office if I had a team that needed to be together frequently since it's better than being on Slack or MS Teams all day and the demarcation of work & home is rather important.

Office on weekends to think on new stuff in silence! π @imlindsay, do you have a startup for that? π
The office has more activities and creates relationships with employees.
Both. Long days in the office mixed with time-saving days in the home office to pick up my child from daycare. All of our team members with children appreciate HO's flexibility, because the time they save on commuting goes into focused work.
1. can't focus at home - too many distractions.
2. "don't want to bring work home" - want to be able to delineate getting off work physically which helps me get off work mentally.
3. Still prefer hopping over to a colleague's seat to explain something than writing that down in a slack and add images/videos

I'm in love with hybrid: when you work 2-3 days in the office, and 2-3 days at home. Office is best for team building, collective brainstorming & tasks, home is better for focus mode and relax work without any distractions. I love how you can switch your mind and be most effective with the hybrid model π
Remote.
Productivity is a personβs own habit, itβs just easier to hide in offices.
Better for the environment, cheaper, more talent, and of course more fun to work from anywhere. π₯°
