In our startup we have a remote first culture. What about your company?

@dan_burns good model. I think it's good and essential for the future to offer this kind of flexibility

With us the same thing. But sometimes we're going to office for urgent issue or meeting. I'm enjoying a lot.

@moon10 it's all about the right mix for the team. We are in average once a week in the office, but there also months without office visits.

We are remote as well at BoodleBox. It's worked out great for us! However, it would be nice to meet some of the people I've been working with for over 3 years face to face. Haha! I would love to get solid feedback from other remote team members on BoodleBox, we launched today!

@meredith_lancaster sometimes it's just not possible due to the physical distance, but in person get togethers once in a while are so important! Good luck for your launch today!

Great question! I think a hybrid approach is probably the best way to go. It gives people the flexibility to choose where they work best, whether that's from home or in the office. Remote work can really help with work-life balance, but having some office days can also boost team bonding and collaboration. Some tasks are just better suited for a quiet home environment, while others benefit from face-to-face interaction. What’s your take? Have you found a setup that works well for your team?

@pdftopdf like I wrote in the description. For us remote first works best. Most of the time we are coming together in the office once a week.

Personally for a startup, I think an office culture is crucial, especially with a the founding team. Because the number of interactions that happens when everyone is in person is a lot. And that can make a huge difference in the early days.

@sreenington I think every team is different and there is not just one solution. I think you can be even more productive in the home office. So it's all about the right mix for your team.
