In our startup we have a remote first culture. What about your company?

@natalie_trotsenko yes the flexibility and freedom to choose what you want, based on your personal preferences, is so important
We have a remote culture as well, but everyone who wants to come to the office is free do so!
@dan_burns good model. I think it's good and essential for the future to offer this kind of flexibility
@meredith_lancaster sometimes it's just not possible due to the physical distance, but in person get togethers once in a while are so important!
Good luck for your launch today!

Remote since 2015 and wouldn't have it any other way! :)
80% remote 20% office
With us too. I'm very happy about that! ❤️
back in the office =))
Great question! I think a hybrid approach is probably the best way to go. It gives people the flexibility to choose where they work best, whether that's from home or in the office. Remote work can really help with work-life balance, but having some office days can also boost team bonding and collaboration. Some tasks are just better suited for a quiet home environment, while others benefit from face-to-face interaction. What’s your take? Have you found a setup that works well for your team?
Because covid already usually with remote work and too lazy to work at office 😌
We are 50/50 and it works great!
Personally for a startup, I think an office culture is crucial, especially with a the founding team.
Because the number of interactions that happens when everyone is in person is a lot. And that can make a huge difference in the early days.
@sreenington I think every team is different and there is not just one solution. I think you can be even more productive in the home office. So it's all about the right mix for your team.
