August 2015. Bitcoin was quite established, but not even close to the trend that it is nowadays. We were three young guys with no experience in the payment market but with some entrepreneurial stories. All of us had previously failed and had broken startups. We had the idea of creating a payment system that would allow Bitcoin as a method. At that time, it was revolutionary, especially in Latam. The thing is that Bitcoin has shown itself to be more of a speculative asset rather than a transactional payment method. So there we were again: about to break another startup. The thing was that we loved working with each other, and more than that, we loved to undertake in technology. So we went back to the entrepreneurship playbook and asked ourselves what was one of the biggest pains during that journey. The answer is what Pluga solves. Copying and pasting data between different apps (CRMs, payment systems, ERPs, spreadsheets, project management apps, etc.) is a NIGHTMARE! We wasted more than 20% of our time doing that 'dumb' work that wouldn't generate any value either for our customers or us. We started building Pluga, a no-code automation platform, initially with 10 native applications integrated in our hub. It took one year to acquire our first paying customer in 2016. From that date on, we have been doubling our growth annually, and we just reached 3,000 customers. There is still a long way ahead, we know. We want to go global now. But this story reminds me every day that giving up is not a choice. If it has not succeeded, then it's not over yet. Persistence is the key, and I hope all of you find yourselves in this report and can get inspired too. It's a pleasure for me to be here sharing it with you folks. ;)

Wow, from Bitcoin dreams to a thriving automation platform with 3,000 customers—you've mastered the pivot game like a pro! It's like turning a coding bug into a feature; perseverance really pays off in the startup world, doesn't it?
