Hi guys, I was planning this launch for the last 6 months and now we didn't get featured by Product Hunt. Could anyone give me a hint on what may be wrong on my launch page so I may fix it? https://www.producthunt.com/posts/pluga-2

One thing I noticed is that you have TWO videos ... first a youtube embed, then you have added another video after that. I am only guessing, but this may be a violation of terms. also, no privacy policy or terms at your site, and the "data protection" link is 404 https://pluga.co/en/lgpd/ Only guessing that these could be reasons.

It happens. Some tips to change the situation: 1. there is a typo in the second last launch image 2. No team page on the website. 3. How many signups did the waiting list get? 4. It's extremely competitive today, Fridays are usually slower. 5. Keep promoting your launch in various media. when PH sees you bring organic traffic to their site. they will reconsider approving your featured status later in the day. Keyword organic, advertise on twitter other SoMe etc, try to get attention to the launch, not just direct LI connections upvoting etc. 6. There are some bold claims in the marketing, it claims it's the easiest, why is it easier than the competition? PH likes brutally honest marketing. IF this is the differentiator you have to also add why in the marketing, or provide a compare list on your website that highlights the key features that makes it easier than anything else out there. 7. Try to get comments from early users of the platform or other authentic comments, 8. Don't pay for upvotes or other gray market marketing, this alone can deny featured status if you get caught. And it won't reflect well on future launches either. 9. contact support and plead your case and why they should reconsider featuring you. You can do this πŸ’ͺπŸš€

it happens so often recently - my advise is to reach support by any means from all your team accounts - inetrcome, email, tag in X and continue gathering support!

@olenabomko I'm talking to them, Olena. I just asked for a review, but didn't get a clear answer for the reasons.

@ramitkoul Thank you for that write-up. I'm saving the link to your post to review before I launch. Really appreciate it!
