    Is Twitter over or still relevant?

    Next month, I'm launching Accomplist, the productivity app for imperfect humans. I've been ignoring Twitter ever since...well, you know. But I keep seeing Twitter getting mentioned on PH. Is Twitter important for just the PH launch, or for the launch in general?

    Are you still ignoring Twitter ? Are you focusing exclusively on PH ? Any other favorite sites ?

    Depends a bit on your niche and target audience. Twitter is a big time investment though, and getting followers/views on post can be time consuming as well. It can definitely help with a launch, but it depends a lot on how much you invest into the channel.

    @nicolaas_spijker Excellent point about all the effort it requires. It’s been more than a hot minute since I’ve even used my personal Twitter account. I’m aiming for low key sustainable growth, so I think I might keep neglecting Twitter for now. Thx

    According to analytics I'm getting 60 impression and 2 clicks per product hunt launch. So pretty much nothing, but I'm just copy pasting my content from LinkedIn, so the effort is also negligible.

    @fabian_maume I may take a similar approach. I use Buffer to post to all my socials so at least nothing looks neglected. I should probably add Twitter back into the mix.
