I check PH almost every day since it inspires me to see how many new products and brilliant ideas were launched that day. Of course, there are not-so-creative ideas, and this provides another point of view: what thing should I not do. 
Also, I think it is good to track the trends via Product Hunt. So, I spare 10-15 minutes in my daily morning routine to take a look on PH.
