What im looking for - rich contact tables, with custom fields, flexible, like Notion. - contact groups - single send to groups - threads or conversations (so I don’t have to manually look who I contact, did I followed up or not? Etc) - in app replies (I want to ditch Gmail) - database integration with my users of EveyThink - user journeys, welcome, follow ups, check ins, etc - able to handle transactional messages - rich HTML emails and HTML edit on app - Intercom integration (I have Intercom for support) I’ve tired some; Folk - good but offers no threads or conversations or rich design on emails HubSpot - I went in and out so many buttons, confusing and outdated in term of UI Attio - seems better than folk on handling some twos but same problems Customer.io (winning)- this is the one I like the best but you can’t edit HTML - low customization on that side but SendGrid - feels that has a lot at a good price but the way it manages users and contacts is not enough. Hi Pedro! I'm curious, did you find a good solution? I'm going through the same thing right now and would appreciate any tips or comments you might have about this. We're currently using HubSpot but looking for a better CRM to switch to.
