What im looking for
- rich contact tables, with custom fields, flexible, like Notion.
- contact groups
- single send to groups
- threads or conversations (so I don’t have to manually look who I contact, did I followed up or not? Etc)
- in app replies (I want to ditch Gmail)
- database integration with my users of EveyThink
- user journeys, welcome, follow ups, check ins, etc
- able to handle transactional messages
- rich HTML emails and HTML edit on app
- Intercom integration (I have Intercom for support)
I’ve tired some;

HubSpot - I went in and out so many buttons, confusing and outdated in term of UI
Attio - seems better than folk on handling some twos but same problems

SendGrid - feels that has a lot at a good price but the way it manages users and contacts is not enough. I don’t care about most of the fields
Also tired a few more, not worth mentioning.
To be honest, quite frustrating that some tool have one feature, some other …

Hi Pedro!
I'm curious, did you find a good solution?
I'm going through the same thing right now and would appreciate any tips or comments you might have about this.
We're currently using HubSpot but looking for a better CRM to switch to.
