After selling my last SaaS Product I developed a new tool listenmonster.com
bascailly it is transcription & subtitle tool. Basically we just launch first version without any login sign up. Upload your files and it will transcribe it. I have build pages for every language so whenever somebody is searching spanish subtitles etc they can find our website.
I have plan to promote in youtubers community.
So if you are on my position how you will do it.

I think I'd do it the same way many other people do their launches. Create a login - allow for beta testers - start putting out that youtube content and see where it takes you. Try to dig into where your users are communicating and exist in those communities.
