Celebrate the launch, but don't lose momentum - keep the energy high and dive right into the next phase of growth. Stay focused on your vision, prioritize key initiatives, and rally your team to tackle the most impactful tasks head-on.

I had a lil dip after launching Habit Hero becoming product of the day. It was a flood of dopamine on the day, and afterwards everything was a bit "dull". Luckily I was able to hold on to a HUGE list of things to improve to keep me going haha. There's some good recommendations in the thread. My 2 cents: Product Hunt is just another stepping stone to building the product that you envision, a great place for feedback, and the feedback you receive, you can use to improve it further!

The question I try to ask myself while we build HowdyGo, is that if you're doing something, is there an opportunity to market it or show it off to the world? Like, if you're preparing for PH or you've launched on PH - share it, find a way to make it relevant to your audience. The whole point is to get a big return on investment for the things you're already doing. - Released a new feature? We make a quick product GIF using HowdyGo. - We do this in every aspect of what we're doing - new architecture? Share it on HN. - Had a funny conversation with a prospect about AI? Share it on LinkedIn (respectfully).

I've never thought about this till I see this question. After my first launch, the excitement really kept me from doing any coding but marketing. I guess, that's all I can do after launch. Marketing all day.

I believe that launching is not the end point. It comes after the launch is very important. It's crucial to promptly listen to the feedback from the first batch of seed users and make sincere improvements to the product. My launch is coming soon, and I'm very much looking forward to the final launch. 😊 Welcome to keep an eye on my PH launch 'LinkedCRM AI'. 🙏

I really think that launch shouldn't be a big thing, whatever you build you actually launch it every other day, a new newsletter = a launch, product available for user = launch, you finally told everyone you know about what you are building = launch, PH launch = launch, they're all launches, there's no one big fireworks launch, it's a process. And until you get in that mindset, I think it's hard to launch anything. Thanks for another good discussion Ghulam, hope you can all be there for my PH launch, look out for Wingtap, I count on all of you to be users, literally ;)

To be productive after a launch: Set Clear Goals: Define specific tasks or milestones to achieve post-launch. Prioritize Tasks: Focus on critical activities that drive continued success. Monitor Performance: Track metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data. Stay Organized: Use tools like task lists or project management software. Communicate Effectively: Keep the team informed and aligned on priorities. Iterate and Improve: Continuously optimize processes and features based on feedback. A bit disheartening to see lack of conversion to real users after launch but you have to keep working
