I would love to hear about your fav tools, extensions, or frameworks πŸ˜ƒ I have developed my own checklist on how to select and find suitable channels and share it with you below, which is applicable to any product. I may have overlooked existing tools or approaches that can expedite this process. 🟒 Check the solid presence of your competitors (backlinks) using SEO tools like Semrush and Ahrefs. πŸ”΅ Set up Mention to monitor your competitors, check for new mentions, and identify sources with better results. 🟠 Explore communities such as #Reddit, #Slack, and others where your target audience exists. They often mention what they read permanently, using product-related keywords. πŸ”΄ Join Google communities and explore the "resources" channel. 🟣 Pay attention to opinion leaders in your industry as they occasionally mention valuable sources. 🟑 Engage with your audience across the listed channels to gather feedback. Ask your early adopters through website live chat and HotJar surveys during app onboarding. βšͺ️ Utilize opinion leaders' newsletters for partnerships and repurpose content on social media platforms, your product website, newsletters, or onboarding letters. Consider creating a YouTube channel as well. 🌚 Think like your audience and subscribe to nano and micro-influencers within your target audience. Building relationships with them can bring you new ideas faster than expected. Feel free to share yours, as I am always interested in discovering new ones πŸ˜ƒ

Stick to one channel for publishing instead of platform dating. Distribution can be done by sharing your content across communities.

@thisismeihere partially agree with you. Using such an approach will result in slow distribution of your website or content link. It would be better to distribute the content across multiple channels where your indirect audience is present. However, for a specific piece of content, distributing it in just one channel like a community may be more appropriate.

When it comes to determining the best channel for distributing your content pieces, it's important to consider your target audience, their preferred platforms, and the nature of your content to make an informed decision. πŸš€

@janemurph10 can't agree more! :) I guess, every marketer from junior to senior level keeps it in mind. But the thing is that's not easy to define such channels. You should investigate your audience's interests and preferred channels, so it takes time and the creative mind of a marketer. All the listed points above you might apply making sure that your TA presence there.
