What would consider the ideal user count for a pre-seed B2B startup?

How many users are typically considered attractive by investors during the pre-seed stage when the MVP is initially launched? We already have a bit of traction due to organic user acquisition. And currently going to launch the product beta. A founder pitched the startup to the investors and got feedback that they wanted to see traction. But how many users or conversion rate would be representative? That's the question.
