How much time do you want to dedicate to work during Christmas holidays?

Is there any difference in how much time you spend on your job compared to a normal work week? Is anything changing at all? (I know some cultures don't have these holidays right now, but what about those that do.)

I wish for a break of at least that 24 hrs from work🌠 It has always been back to back client meetings for the past 1 week, and my brain smells like a barbecue🍗

Nothing changes, except my glass is filled with Martini - not water.

During Christmas, I prefer to work less, focusing on family and relaxation. It’s a time to recharge and enjoy. 🎄✨😊

I'm also very interested, when does the Christmas holiday end and work resume?

@hugec I mix chill with work – but will be working on my things most of the time :) So it doesn't feel like a duty. :)

10%. I'll probably still interact with the community a bit, but other than that, it's all family time.

Christmas time is family time for me, so I will be taking 8 days off to fully enjoy the holidays with my loved ones. It’s a special opportunity to step away from work, recharge, and focus on what truly matters – spending quality time with family and creating lasting memories. Merry Christmas to all of you and in case you don't celebrate Christmas: Happy Holidays! 🎅

Well, things are different every year. Last year my family and I spent a Christmas full of rituals. And I still have a lot of important work to deal with this year, but I think I will try my best to spend some time with my family.

Except for Christmas Day, it’s more or less the same. However, there’s a difference in my mindset. I want to work while taking more time to relax.

I try to balance work and downtime during the holidays. While I'll stay on top of urgent tasks

@leland_kuphal Question: What belongs to urgent tasks? :D

To be honest, during the Christmas vacations I try to minimize work and devote time to my family, rest and my hobbies. But if something is urgent, I can spare a couple of hours a day. How do you feel about working during the holidays?
