I try to connect with customers 1:1 as often as I can, at least a few times per month if not weekly. Nothing beats hearing feedback and ideas straight from the source! Plus building those relationships is key. I use a mix of scheduled calls, casual chats if they reach out on social, and short surveys to keep a pulse on things without it feeling too formal. Has worked well so far in keeping customers engaged and gleaning valuable insights.

I did tons of 1:1s with customers early on. It was overwhelming but crucial. I’ve had fewer with founders, but I see the value in those too.
