It would be great to fix platforms like linkedin - it's too easy for people to apply for a job (like a swipe right) then it makes it really hard to sift through and validate the candidates

We're building exactly that. For productivity, writing engaging job descriptions and personalized emails is a lot of value added. Finding a way to not having to do manual work is perfect. What doesn't belong in this scene are chatbots and AI avatars that substitute recruiters. We're completely against it.

We too are building for this! For us we have leaned into highly accurate prediction: a candidates performance in a role, how they will get along (or not!) with their hiring manager and how they will thrive and add to the company culture

AI has been used in recruitment for more than 10 years, mainly to qualify candidates. The problem has been that instead of avoiding bias, it has perpetuated it. However, AI can help in many tasks if it is used to support the recruiter's focus on getting to know the talent and not on automatable tasks.

We're building something in the lines of this! We want to reduce time linked to administrative processes. Mostly Repetitive ones. In the recruitment process there's a lot of these and AI can do it for you. Can't help but link to our prelaunch (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)

AI enables automation and optimization of many stages, such as resume screening, candidate skills analysis, conducting interviews, and assessing suitability. The use of ML also aids in predicting candidate success and streamlining the selection process, that helps to save a lot of time usually lost on tedious tasks. AI technologies can also assist in analyzing company culture and selecting candidates who best fit that culture, although I haven't had a chance to use AI like this yet. But the idea seems incredibly interesting, especially for startups, where people's enthusiasm and communication are key to company's success.

AI technology significantly enhances recruitment processes by automating repetitive tasks, such as resume screening and initial candidate assessments, allowing recruiters to focus on more strategic aspects. Additionally, it can improve the quality of hires through advanced data analysis, identifying candidates who best match the job requirements and company culture.

I think we need more of a personal touch in recruitment but idk how AI is going to be able to achieve this. We already filter out resumes with keywords even without AI. Wouldn't it just be even more robotic?
