    Hi forks, What do you usually do on your spare time? What if you have a day off? What if you have day-off for a whole week? What if you can skip a month of work? Let me know what are u thinking about this!

    1. Practice mindfulness and meditation. 2. Engage in physical activity, such as yoga or regular exercise. 3. Share and talk about my concerns with friends or a therapist for emotional support.

    @sheri_gomez I do that pretty much too lol. And I personally recommend do message if you got one day lol.
