Not actually "unlearn" but more like "change the view and perspective" on certain things.

I like reading a lot, so I always come across new stuff. And VIOLA! I learn something new and better! 😇😅
About the " I know" mindset I think talking to people who have more experience and knowledge always helps. 😊
I'm always open to new perspectives and ready to let go of things that do not serve me anymore, then I use affirmation, meditation and journaling to put what I learn together.
Hah, but I’m the opposite, the more I study, the more I realize that I know very little.😊
I don't deal with it. I know everything change and improve. So let's relearn. Embrace advance instead of your comfort zone!
You can't unlearn -- it's not humanly possible. You can, however, change your perspective and modernise your way of thinking -- you should look into CBT for some great worksheets!
Research, read, watch news... explore everything...
